Turning AI capability into business impact takes more than tools. It takes visibility into what already exists, access for people to engage with it, confidence to actually use it, and leadership to set the direction. This event is designed as a live demonstration of exactly that.

About 100 Women in AI

100 Women in AI is a national initiative by Connected Women in AI, in partnership with Djøf, Microsoft and Netcompany, recognising 100 women across Denmark who are shaping, applying and advancing AI in practice.

Today, women in Denmark use AI markedly less than men, not because the talent isn't there, but because visibility, access and role models are missing. The initiative makes that talent visible: researchers, founders, leaders, builders and practitioners working with AI across industries, roles and levels of seniority.

Selected from hundreds of nominations by an independent jury, the 100 represent the breadth of capability already driving AI forward in Denmark.

What to expect

Jury fireside conversations. The people behind the selection take the stage to share what stood out across the nominations, where real impact is happening, and what will define AI leadership going forward.

Keynotes and company cases. Leaders share what's actually working, what isn't, and what it takes to move from AI capability to AI impact.
