Make AI Do Your Work!
Hamburg, 🇩🇪 Germany
Bring one annoying task. Leave with AI helping you do it. No experience needed ✌️
You use ChatGPT. But what if AI could actually do part of your work for you?
Bring one thing that takes too much time. Maybe it's writing emails, doing research, making reports, creating content, organizing information, answering customers, or working with documents.
No experience needed. No technical background required. You don't need to be a tech person. You don't even need to understand AI.
This is for any job, any background. Designer, founder, marketer, student, freelancer, manager, researcher, creator, or just someone curious. If a task eats your time, you belong here.
This is not a lecture. This is a working session in a tiny group (max 4–5 people) where we sit together and build a simple AI system for something you actually do. You show us the task that wastes your time. We find what AI can handle. We build it together. Then you try it yourself.
You leave knowing how to use and improve your system, something you can use Monday morning. Then you get a free follow-up call to check your progress or fix what broke.
Bring one problem. Let's make AI solve it.
What it is✅ Small co-working session where you build one AI helper useful for YOUR actual task
✅ Personalized guidance: we adapt to your work, your pace, your goals
✅ Small group (4–5 max) so everyone gets personal instructions
✅ Hands-on with simple, modern AI tools — no coding, no jargon, we set everything up with you
✅ A system you can revisit, improve, and expand in future sessions or on your own
✅ Free 1:1 follow-up hour after the workshop to check progress or debug issues
✅ Open to complete beginners — really
❌ A slide deck you watch while checking your phone
❌ A generic "AI will change everything" pep talk
❌ A tech class full of words you don't understand
❌ A networking event disguised as learning
❌ One-size-fits-all. If you want that, YouTube is free!
❌ A certificate to put on LinkedIn
📍 Location: May change due to capacity. You will be informed in advance.
About the Instructor"I believe the more we let AI take care of the robotic aspects of our lives, the more time we have for the human parts of it."
I have founded 20+ businesses. Some worked. Most didn't. That is the point. I test fast, fail fast, and keep what works.
Right now, I am deep in the world of AI, optimizing my stack for every task and would like to share that knowledge while learning.
What I am building now:
- Explorer Elite — adventure marketplace for solo guides and small outdoor businesses
- 52 Waypoint — free incubator for serious founders who want to build without funding
- 111 Network — open source, decentralized, offline-first communication
- UnitEd — NGO, free global teacher training platform
and a few more as a founding partner or consultant.

Tell Luo what you need—a CRM with your exact fields, a dashboard pulling live data from your stack, an internal tool that replaces a spreadsheet—and Luo builds it. Everything runs on Luo with zero infrastructure. Share any app with your team instantly; it's team-ready from day one.
But here's what actually saves time: the same AI that built your app can use it on your behalf. Your agents work the frontend and backend, automating the work that usually lands on you. Wired into Slack, HubSpot, Linear, and the rest of your stack, and refined through chat as your needs change.
How the night goes
This isn't a themed hackathon with a rigid challenge. The event will open with a live demo of the platform — what it does and what's possible — and then the floor is yours. Bring a laptop and a workflow you're tired of doing manually, a tool your team has been meaning to build, or just an idea you want to test. Build it live with other AI fellows in the room. At the end, you can demo what you have built.
The best part: If you build something good, it can be published as a Luo template for others to install and use.
Who this is for
This first session is for founders and startup operators — the people closest to the messy, manual processes that eat up a week.

Designklinika - hozd, amin dolgozol
Budapest, 🇭🇺 Hungary
The language of this workshop is Hungarian.
A program a Budapest Accessibility Meetup, a UX Budapest és az Appy közös szervezésű eseménye.
Most előadás és workshop helyett közös gondolkodás lesz.
Program:
– Bemutatkozás, ki mit hozott
– Közös designreview körök – mindenki kap időt
– Megoldási irányok, javaslatok
– Tanulságok összegzése

Agenttinen softakehitys - vauhtia ja vaaratilanteiden hallintaa
Helsinki, 🇫🇮 Finland
Wonna
Kontekstia koodipohjasta: Dokumentaatio AI-nativen devauksen lähtökohdaksi ja ylläpidon tueksi
Wonnan kehittämä ja avoimena lähdekoodina julkaistava dokumentaatiohaarniska antaa AI-agenteille rakenteisen ymmärryksen koodipohjasta, arkkitehtuurista ja riippuvuuksista. Sen avulla agentit tekevät laadukkaampia muutoksia, hallusinoivat vähemmän ja pystyvät työskentelemään suuremmissa järjestelmissä tehokkaammin.
Dokumentaatiohaarniskan keskeiset hyödyt:
- Parempi arkkitehtuurin ymmärrys
- Vähemmän virheitä ja duplikaattikoodia
- Tehokkaampi kontekstin hyödyntäminen
- Moniagenttikehityksen mahdollistaminen
- Nopeampi onboarding ihmisille ja AI:lle
- Turvallisempi refaktorointi
- Jatkuvasti ajan tasalla oleva dokumentaatio
Omoroi
Nopeampi kehitys, korkeammat riskit : DevOps AI-aikakaudella
RBTFRWMSL - Usability & more

Infrastructure as code, knr-ops simplicity - Joseph Shriner, Polar Squad
knr-ops shows that infrastructure as code can be plain YAML, managed by the same Kubernetes machinery that runs your applications. No new language to learn, no state files to fight, no extra toolchain. You describe your clusters and cloud resources once in Git, and Kubernetes operators build and reconcile them across AWS, Azure, or on-prem. Every change is a pull request with a rendered diff, so reviews show exactly what will ship. Edit, review, merge: the whole work-flow, legible to humans and AI agents alike.
Joseph Shriner is an American in Finland spreading his enthusiasm for GitOps, Observability, and Kubernetes. He excels at complex problem-solving, stuff that drowns him in detail, so he feels good when he swims his way out. He builds and operates first-class, cloud-native, production-grade Kubernetes environments across all cloud vendors using battle-hardened GitOps strategies for large, security-critical organizations. He also enjoys dogs, homelabbing, good food and friends.
Extending Platform Engineering to AI - Lauri Suomalainen & Mike Vainio
One AI enthusiast can make a huge impact to how a software team works, but transforming a department or a whole organisation requires a methodological approach. How do you avoid continuously re-inventing the wheel and prevent processes, tools and practices sprawling out of hand when code generation is faster than ever?
Come listen Lauri and Mike discuss how efficiently applied platform engineering approach can bring a method to the AI madness!
Mike is a Principal Platform & Cloud Architect at Teamit. He likes cars, beer, computers and of course Platform Engineering.
Lauri works as a head of Cloud Development at Teamit and also does consulting. Lauri enjoys removing friction from technology and processes, making IT organisations ever so slightly dysfunctional and efficient. Also metal music and rabbits. Those are cool too.

Why Brainberg
Finding a meetup or conference worth going to in Europe shouldn't mean checking six different platforms. The European tech-event calendar is scattered across mainstream listing sites, community calendars, conference indexes, and a long tail of city-specific platforms. None of them gives you a single chronological view of what's actually happening this week, in your field, near you.
Brainberg aggregates those sources into one European feed. You can browse by category (e.g. applying AI, software engineering, data, design, entrepreneurship, etc.), by location(near you, or in a major tech city on the continent), or by a combination of the two. Events are re-ingested daily and fingerprint-deduplicated across sources, so the same hackathon doesn't appear three times under slightly different names.
The focus is specifically European events: meetups, conferences, hackathons, workshops, maker events, and hacker camps, across every discipline tech people care about, from hands-on engineering through product, founder, and leadership tracks. If you organize events, you can publish them once on any of our source platforms and they'll flow into Brainberg automatically, or submit directly.
