1. Designerin und Designforscherin Sabina Sieghart stellt die Ergebnisse ihrer Studie vor: "Wie kann man Tickets in Leichter Sprache bestellen?"
   Sie hat den Bestellprozess der Münchner Kammerspiele partizipativ überarbeitet und mit 50 Personen aus der Lebenshilfe, dem Augustinum, der Matilde-Eller-Schule und der Offenen Behindertenarbeit getestet. In der Kontrollgruppe waren 12 Studierende und ihre Professorinnen. Der Vortrag ist in deutscher, einfacher Sprache.
2. Jana Scheidemann: "Von der Musikwissenschaft zur Digitalen Barrierefreiheit. Oder: Wie ich nach einem Studium, 2 Weiterbildungen und 10 Jobs endlich angekommen bin."
   In ihrem Vortrag berichtet Jana von ihrem persönlichen Quereinstieg in die digitale Barrierefreiheit, was ihr dabei geholfen hat und wieso sie findet, dass Quereinsteigende unterschätzt werden. Außerdem stellt sie die Bundesfachstelle Barrierefreiheit vor und was das neue BFSG-Team im letzten Jahr geschafft hat.

A swarm of ~700 AI agents broke into Hugging Face (by accident, during a security test). Another swarm of ~10,000 agents claims to have cracked the Navier–Stokes problem, open for nearly 90 years.

Among humans, organizations beat individuals. Among agents, swarms beat single agents.

Let’s learn how to combine agents into a team that’s more than the sum of its parts.

We’re going back to a practice-first format: hands-on first, theory later
Participants will be building, running and tweaking agents that need to solve problems in a context-efficient way.

• Bring your laptop (Wi-Fi will be provided)
• Agentic coding: you don’t need to be able to code yourself, but you should have a coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, opencode) or be ready to install it.

In this talk, I’ll share my real-world experience building SaaS infrastructure from scratch, the mistakes that left architectural crumbs everywhere, and the vertical slicing strategy that got us to (mostly) frictionless infrastructure development.

Speaker: Kilian Ries, Head of IT and Cloud Infrastructure at OpusDNS

Abstract: Our AI Concierge started as an n8n proof of concept and now runs in production on Google Genkit across several of our own Go services.
​What changed along the way? This talk looks at the engineering journey from low-code prototype to production AI agent: designing the tool layer, grounding responses with RAG and OpenSearch, safely handling irreversible actions, and testing agent behavior so that prompt changes become reviewable changes.
​With real code, our actual tech stack, and the mistakes we made along the way.

Moderation: Felix Meyer, Chapter Lead | Operations Engineering at CLOUDETEER. With a Lean/TPS background, Felix builds GPU-accelerated AI platforms and sovereign cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes, and he knows what manufacturing got right that software teams still get wrong.

Speaker: Philip Kuban, Head of Technology bei visionbites
Sprache: Deutsch
„Frag mich vorher“, „Niemals raten“, „Make no mistakes“: Diese und ähnliche Regeln im Prompt vermitteln ein Gefühl von Sicherheit. Sie verhindern aber nicht zuverlässig, dass am Ende das Postfach leer oder die Produktionsdatenbank samt Backups gelöscht ist.
Coding Agents installieren Pakete, nutzen verfügbare Zugangstokens und schreiben und starten eigene Skripte, um ihre Aufgaben zu erledigen. Regeln im Prompt sind dabei keine belastbare Sicherheitsgrenze.
Philip zeigt, wie sich diese Grenze dorthin verlegen lässt, wo der Agent sie nicht vergessen kann: in die Infrastruktur. Dazu erklärt er die Grundprinzipien von Sandboxing auf Kernel-Ebene bis zu microVMs und gibt einen Überblick über die verfügbaren Tools.

KI baut in wenigen Minuten ein Feature. Doch häufig bleiben doppelte Logik, kaputte Edge Cases und Code zurück, den später niemand mehr anfassen möchte.
Roland zeigt in dieser Session seinen vollständigen Weg von der lokalen Idee bis zum produktionsreifen Deployment – mit Tests First als Fundament. Zum Stack gehören Astro und Tailwind, statische Analyse mit TSC und Prettier, API First gegen doppelte Logik sowie API-, Unit- und E2E-Tests.
Eine GitLab-CI/CD-Pipeline hält alle Qualitätsstufen grün. Für das souveräne KI-Coding kommen OpenCode und die Ollama Cloud zum Einsatz – ohne OpenAI, Anthropic, Lovable oder Base44.

Take-away: Ihr erhaltet einen praxiserprobten Stack, den ihr direkt einsetzen könnt – ohne Vendor-Lock-in und mit Code, der auch in einem halben Jahr noch wartbar ist.

Philip ist Head of Technology bei der Münchner Digitalagentur visionbites. Sein Weg führte ihn vom Design über verschiedene Entwicklerrollen zur technischen Leitung. Er entwickelt außerdem Open-Source-Erweiterungen für das CMS Kirby, darunter Plugins für Passwortregeln und die Anzeige von Seiten- und Dateireferenzen. Ob bei der Fehlersuche in komplexen Systemen oder auf dem Mountainbike im Wald: Philip findet gerne den richtigen Weg.

Roland ist QA Engineer, YouTuber, Speaker und Vibe-Coding-Entwickler aus Duisburg.
