At RTL we asked a simple question: if you could start from scratch, how would you actually build software today? So we did. And it was harder than we expected.
We ran an experiment, hit our limits, rebuilt the codebase from scratch, and landed on a way of working that's genuinely different. PMs define the problem. Developers define the solution. Agents pick up the work.
Our entire way of working shifted from working with AI to managing a horde of agents.
We'll walk you through the whole thing: what we tried, what didn't work, how we work today, and the questions we're still figuring out.
