Talk name: Evolution of eazyBI AI assistants
eazyBI AI assistants have been introduced more than 2 years ago. They were started as helpers for new customers to learn building eazyBI reports and calculation formulas, but now they are powerful agents that help customers with different eazyBI tasks. In this talk we will look at how we built them, how we have been monitoring their usage and constantly improving to cover more advanced use cases.
✨Edvins Elferts
Edvins is partner at Mitigate AI Services, a company deploying custom AI agents, company-grounded chatbots, and e-commerce AI tools. Guest lecturer at the Riga School of Economics and Hanken & SSE Executive Education programs.
Talk name: Why business users will never use Claude Code
Every developer is falling in love with Claude Code but ask anyone in sales, HR, or finance to open a terminal and you'll see why this AI revolution is stuck inside the engineering department. Business users don't need a coding agent. In this talk Edvins will show what business users genuinely need from AI and how the Mitigate AI platform delivers real intelligence to the 90% of the organization that will never touch a CLI.
We will also have a Lightning Talk: Stop selling, start prompting your clients by Gatis Silakaktiņš.
This time, the event is sponsored by:
- Arvato Systems as General Partner
