#48: The Clinic and Social!

For a change, we won't be having a presentation for this meeting.

One of the wonderful things about this User Group is the community we've built around ourselves, a collection of learners and experts, all of them enthusiasts for AWS technologies.

Something that's taken a back seat for the past few years has been working on that community, so on Tuesday 16th, we're doing a community event.

Do you have a problem looking for a solution?

• A performance issue?
• Billing too high for comfort?
• A project you don't quite know how to approach?
• Misbehaviours you want to fix, and don't know how?
• Something you want to build for the community, and want help?

Bring them to The Clinic. Our friends and experts will pitch in and help. We've done this before, and it's been amazing!

Even if you don't have something to solve, and you don't feel confident to pitch in, come along anyway! It's a chance to learn, socialise and meet the region's AWS community.

When we've finished, we'll return to the café area and have a friendly networking session.

We'll be hosted at the rather wonderful Bradfield Centre, as usual.

Don't forget, we've moved to a new time from now onwards: doors open at 1800, and everything starts at 1830.

Here's the order of events. All times are UK time, and are approximate:

• 1800 Doors open: snacks, soft drinks and mixing
• 1830 Introductions, safety and parish notices (Jon or Steve)
• 1840 The Clinic
• 1930 Break
• 1945 The Clinic (cont'd) or social/networking
• 2045-2100 Tidy up and all out!
