What does it take to grow your service design practice?
In this interactive workshop, you'll reflect, connect, and grow, wherever you are in your journey.

You'll use the Service Design Competency Deck to reflect, connect, and level up your practice through playful, peer-driven activities.
Facilitated through energizing conversations, you'll map your strengths and growth areas, surface insights, and spark meaningful conversations with peers.

Developed and actively used in-house at Laerdal Medical, the Service Design Competency Deck features 23 sub-competencies across three key dimensions and a practical growth model.

The workshop is facilitated by Nicole Bennett, Lead Service Designer at Laerdal Medical in Stavanger, and Michelle Site from Laerdal Medical. Together, they bring practical experience from developing and using the competency deck inside Laerdal Medical, translating service design practice into concrete reflection, conversation, and growth activities.
