In Novo Nordisk we are exploring automation of statistical workflows. This session will present one such tool: an R package called aireviewer. It builds custom specifications for each table/figure and let LLM assess the adherence to specification. The presentation focuses on both the technical implementation and considerations on how to use LLM while complying with regulatory/ethical demands in a pharmaceutical company.

An R package for power analysis and robust inference of marginal effects, optionally leveraging historical data to increase precision with prognostic covariate adjustment.
