AI coding tools have moved fast — new harnesses, persistent memory, smarter agents every month. But the real differentiator isn't the model; it's everything around it. In this session I'll share what I've learned working with agent harnesses and memory across real codebases, the failure modes that kept surfacing, and why those experiences led me to build the open-source Agentic Context Framework (ACF).
