Description: How did we get from autocomplete to autonomous agents in just a few years - and what does it mean for the way software gets built? As agents take on more complex tasks, the deciding factor is no longer what they can write, but how effectively you can put them to work in an existing enterprise codebase. In this session, we'll recap the evolution, then get hands-on with GitHub Copilot in complex, long-lived codebases: practical techniques for managing context, staying productive, and making agents work at scale.
