AI & the Next Generation of Tech Talent

How is AI changing the way people start and build careers in tech?

AI is changing the way we work in tech, and with that comes some big questions about the next generation of tech talent.

How do people build experience when some of the work traditionally done at the start of a career is changing? What skills will matter as AI becomes part of how we work? And what does all of this mean for the way businesses hire, train and develop people?

There’s also a wider question around the future talent pipeline. If opportunities at entry level change or reduce, what does that mean for the people trying to get their first break, the future tech leaders we’ll need in years to come, and an industry that still has work to do when it comes to diversity and representation?

We’re bringing together people from tech leadership, early careers and those starting out in tech to share different perspectives and talk about what they’re actually seeing.

This will be an interactive panel and Q&A, so we want the audience involved too!

Ask questions, share your experiences, challenge what’s being said and be part of the discussion.

We’d particularly love to have tech leaders, hiring managers, people working in Talent and Early Careers, and those starting out in tech in the room – but of course everyone is welcome.

If you’re interested in the conversation, come and be part of it.
