BAZA Build — Skills, Claude Code, and Your First Automation
About this event
What do you need to know to build your AI agents
BAZA Build 002 — Rome
Secret location!! After successful registration only.
Build your first AI automation workflow. From zero. Simply explained. With a founder, not a developer.
This is a hands-on evening for founders and operators who want to actually build an AI agent — not watch a demo. By the end you'll have one working: a thing you can talk to, that does real work for your business.
We start from the very basics. What a Skill is. What an MCP is. What automations are. What a VPS is and why your agent needs one. No prior coding. If you can write a message to a colleague, you can do this.
I'll show you the use cases I run in my own companies every day, and explain each piece from a founder's point of view — what it's for, when to use it, what it costs. Then we build in small groups, and you leave with your own agent running.
About BAZA
BAZA is a Ukrainian-led network of builders in EU — founders, operators, people who make things. We meet to build together, not to network for the sake of it.
The business clubs I'd seen were old-school, expensive, and full of the wrong values. People weren't actually connected to each other. So I started BAZA: free, hand-picked, real.
About the host
I'm Nazarii. I'm not a developer — I'm a founder.
I run TURBOTA, a home-fragrance brand from Ukraine (candles, diffusers, posters, gift boxes), now a top-3 premium aroma brand there and launching in Germany. I co-founded Pioneers Club, one of the fastest-growing early-stage startup networks in Germany.
Over the last months I built a system of AI agents that does a real chunk of my work — accounting, sales research, content, ops. I know close to nothing about software. I figure it out as I go, several times a day. That's the whole skill, and it's the thing I want to hand to you tonight.
What we'll actually do
First, the building blocks — explained simply:
Skills — playbooks you write in plain English. No code. Just a text file your agent reads and follows.
MCPs — the agent's hands. They let it touch your real tools: Gmail, Trello, your CRM, Telegram.
Plugins & tools — ready-made bundles you install in one click, so you don't build from scratch.
Automations — how your agent runs on a schedule, and why it stops the moment your laptop closes.
VPS — a small always-on computer (€5–9/mo) so your agent keeps working at 3am while you sleep. Plus the money lifehack that keeps the bill flat instead of spiralling.
Then, the way I actually work with AI:
How to brief an agent so it gets it right the first time.
Plan before you execute — the one habit that saves you from "oh no" moments.
The basics of staying safe: where keys live, what never goes in a chat, how to keep your data yours.
Then real use cases from my own companies — a monthly newsletter that writes and drafts itself, an accountant agent wired into my ERP and CRM, and a few fun ones. You'll see what's genuinely useful versus what's just a toy.
Then you build. In groups of three, you pick one project and make it real — a standup writer, a prospect researcher, a content repurposer, an inbox triage agent. By the end of the night it runs, and it keeps running after you leave.
Bring a laptop, charged. Bring one task from your job you'd love to never do manually again.
