• 7:00 to 7:20 — Arrival and welcome mingle. Drinks, pizza, and a chance to settle in as people trickle through the door.
• 7:20 to 7:35 — Welcome. Timo Spring, Chapter Lead Berlin, opens the evening: who we are, why Berlin, and what this chapter is about.
• 7:35 to 7:45 — A few words from ablefy.io. Our hosts introduce themselves and the space.
• 7:45 to 7:55 — Quick introductions. A fast round so everyone knows who is in the room.
• 7:55 to 8:45 — Open discussion. The heart of the evening: relaxed conversations among everyone present.
• 8:45 to 8:50 — Closing and what is next. Thank yous, how to join the community, and a teaser for event number two.
• 8:50 to 9:00 — Open mingle. Time to swap contacts and crystalize new connections before heading out.
