Building Human Capability Systems in an AI era (w/ The AI Collective)
About this event
We’re excited to announce that Deana Nannskog, one of the panel participants at the AI Collective Launch Event for the Malmö Chapter on May 28, will also host an exclusive deep-dive session at Living IT in Malmö on June 3rd, 17:00–19:00.
In this session, Deana will explore why Business, HR, and Tech need to move beyond operating in separate logics — and instead build a shared value system that enables organizations to scale AI and transformation successfully.
“The investment is there. The intention is there. The good people are there. What’s missing is the system that turns ambition into repeatable capability.”
This will be a practical and thought-provoking conversation for leaders, innovators, and teams working with AI, transformation, culture, and organizational change.
