let's give this year's occurrence of our summer picnic tradition another try. This time, we will have a "bad weather option" at Carl Zeiss Digital Innovation, so we do not have to cancel due to bad weather again.

Regarding content, this time we’re opening up a safe space to talk about a topic that often stays hidden behind professional facades: Mental Health, Mental Load, and Emotional Boundaries in Leadership and Agile Roles.
Whether you're guiding a team, facilitating as a Scrum Master or managing corporate pressure, you know how heavy the invisible backpack can get. As usual, we’ll guide you through the summer evening with a bit of structure, lightweight facilitation and peer-to-peer support. No slide decks, no pressure, just real human connection.
