This month we’re swapping slides for something more mischievous: a Product Delivery Escape Room. It’s a hands-on, team game that plays like one of those “escape room in an envelope” experiences. Expect competition, collaboration, and the occasional bit of devilry. Uh, we mean delivery.
You’ll have to coordinate, make decisions and keep moving, even when things don’t line up nicely (because, of course, they never do).
You’ll work in small groups to get a product over the line. The point is examining how we navigate constraints in delivery, rather than simply playing to “win”. We’ll finish with a short debrief to translate “what just happened” into a few useful patterns.
What you’ll get

Bio (combo):
Farah Egby and Anders Kosinowski first worked together in a pharma‑tech setting, helping teams deliver data products and AI models for drug discovery. They bonded over making sense of the messy reality of delivery with its dependencies, trade-offs and how work actually gets done, helping teams navigate it more effectively.
This escape room builds on a history of running experiential sessions with their teams, focused on learning through doing.
Anders lives in Scotland and is visiting Farah’s home turf in Cambridge for this long‑planned (and slightly experimental) collaboration.
