Circle for Women in Tech & Leadership: The Imposter Syndrome Edition. A space to explore the voice of self-doubt that shows up uninvited.

Maybe you got the promotion, or got a great project opportunity, and instead of feeling exited and proud, you spent the first few weeks waiting for someone to realize it was a mistake.

Or you have sat in a room full of very confident voices, holding a perfectly good point, and let it go unsaid because some part of you was not sure it was good enough to interrupt with.

If you recognize either of these, or any other situation where you were questioning your abilities, despite of all the positive fedback you've been receiving, this evening is for you. A space built for women who are tired of constantly proving themselves and what to exchange with other like-minded women.

This is not a traditional business networking!

Berlin has plenty of corporate networking and learning events for women in tech, and that is valuable. But there is very little space built purely for connection and honest sharing. That is what this circle is for.

We will spend two hours together in a small group, up to 12 women. The evening opens with an introduction round and moves into a structured reflection and sharing rounds that give everyone room to speak without being pushed to. That makes this even suitable both for introverted and extroverted people: it creates a nice sharing space, where your opinion matters and you can practice sharing in a safe space :)

Through the exercises we will look at where this self-doubt actually lives and how to start building a different relationship with your own competence.

Afterwards there is time to stay, snack, and keep talking with whoever you have connected with ✨

The group is small and everything shared stays within it. You do not need to prepare anything in advance, just come as you are.
