🎤 The Format

18:00 – 18:30 · Welcome & coffee Show up early. Meet the room before the talks start. The 30 minutes of mingling at the start is half the value.
18:30 – 18:45 · Why we're here (Alex) Quick intro, why this event, what to expect, who's in the room. 10–15 minutes max.
19:00 – 20:30 · Talks (3-4 speakers) Each speaker: 20 min demo/talk + 10 min Q&A.

Real builds, real workflows, real stack choices. No slides about "the future of AI" we're past that.

20:30 - 21:00 · Networking The part where the actual connections happen. Stay as long as you want. We might grab dinner somewhere after.
