Data & AI Summit Recap with Julia Førde
About this event
Many of us were unable to travel to San Francisco for this year’s Data & AI Summit. Fortunately, several members of our community attended and are now bringing the key insights and announcements back to us.
The meetup will be hosted by Julia Førde from
Knowit—one of only a handful of Databricks MVPs in the Nordics and a speaker at this year’s summit.
Julia will take us through some of the conference's major announcements, including:
- LTAP - bringing operational and analytical workloads together on a single storage layer
- Lakehouse/RT - millisecond-scale analytics directly on Delta Lake and Apache Iceberg
- Genie - All the changes and additions to the Genie Ecosystem
- Omnigent - The meta-harness that works over models like Claude, Codex & many more!
