Dublin Maker 2026 - ISL Tour
About this event
Dublin Maker is a celebration of creativity, innovation, and all things STEAM. For the first time, we will have ISL Interpretation
Dublin Maker is a free, family-friendly festival that celebrates making, invention, and creativity in all its forms — from electronics and robotics to traditional crafts. Makers from across Ireland come together to show off their projects and share their skills with the public in a hands-on, interactive setting. This year the festival takes over Leopardstown Racecourse with 70+ maker stands, large-scale outdoor exhibits, two full days of workshops for all ages, and a dedicated kids area. It's open to everyone — families, hobbyists, educators, and anyone who's curious.

This year we'll also have Irish Sign Language interpretation across the festival. There'll be a scheduled interpreted tour at 2pm each day, starting from the Information Desk, and interpreters will be on hand throughout the day for ad hoc interpretation - so folks can chat with makers, ask questions at the stands, and wander around at their leisure.
