About this event

This time, we're bringing together engineering leaders to tackle the questions that matter most right now: How do you build great teams when AI is part of the picture? And what does it take to lead an AI-native organization?

## 🗓 Talks Schedule
🕕 17:30 – Doors open

🎙 18:00 – Talk 1
Christian Galatolo, Engineering Director @ Outreach
Treat Machines Like Machines, People Like People: Building and leading teams in the age of AI
There's a quiet assumption doing the rounds: that LLMs are on their way to replacing junior engineers. In this talk, I want to take that idea seriously and then take it apart. Drawing on years of growing engineers and, more recently, working shoulder-to-shoulder with AI tools, I'll argue that the two are nothing alike and that confusing them quietly makes you a worse manager. Expect a mental model for what each one actually is, and a practical, opinionated take on how to lead a team that now contains both.

🎙 18:40 – Talk 2
Elena Stojanova, Engineering Manager @ Pipedrive
Road to AI-Native Company: Leadership at Every Level

🍺 19:30 – Networking
After the talks, stick around for networking, discussions, and getting to know fellow engineers and leaders. Outreach will provide delicious snacks and drinks, so you definitely won’t go hungry😉

🚀22:00 – The End

We’re really looking forward to seeing you there! 🚀
