• Arriving by car: Parking is available at Q-Park Godefriduskaai, just around the corner from Faktion. Please note that Faktion is located in Antwerp’s Low Emission Zone (LEZ).
• Arriving by train: From Antwerp-Central Station, take bus 17 to Felixpakhuis. The bus stops right in front of the Faktion offices.
• Arriving by bike: Faktion is easily accessible by bike.

🎉 For the first time, the Generative AI Belgium Meetup is coming to Antwerp. Join us on Tuesday 27th October to help answer this question at Faktion Antwerp!

We used to keep AI on a short leash. Small tasks, tight loops, a human check at every step. PoCs and pilots that never touch the end user, where mistakes stay (mostly) inside the building.

In the last months, the capabilities of AI systems have been bumped up another level, with real breakthroughs in areas like math, cybersecurity and healthcare. But the reliability problem hasn't disappeared. And despite that, intelligent experiences aren't just desired anymore, they're assumed. So we let go of the leash.

People now trust AI systems with some of the most sensitive parts of their lives and businesses. Alignment, harnessing, evaluation and experience design are what stand between that trust and the cost of being wrong in systems that are inherently non-deterministic.

So we're inviting experts (and you) to talk about dealing with mistakes in agentic systems, where the cost of being wrong is more than money: trust, mental health, security and autonomy.

We're especially looking for stories from banking & finance, mental health and cybersecurity.
