It’s Not What We Build — It’s Who We Are When We Build It
We live in an era of technological acceleration — and with it, a growing unease. We sense it. Something is off. The companies that set out to change the world for good — many of them didn’t. And we’ve been asking ourselves why ever since.
In this deeply reflective conversation, you will be guided to look in a direction most tech conversations never go. Because the secret to humane technology has been hiding in plain sight — and it has nothing to do with the technology itself. It has everything to do with the individual and collective consciousness, values, and reasons behind how we build it.
You will leave seeing tech differently. And more importantly, you will leave seeing yourself differently.
We will for example be talking about…
- What does it really mean to build from a place of integrity — and why good intentions alone are not enough?
- How does our own disconnection from ourselves show up in the products and companies we create?
- What would it look like to bring more of our humanity — our awareness, our inner wisdom — into the way we build?
- How can personal transformation become a collective act of building technology that truly serves people?

To participate, you’ll need to bring someone with a different perspective (e.g., gender, nationality, etc.) to ensure balanced participation. Both you and your +1 need to get a ticket so we can better manage attendance.
