Along the way, Wojciech has been involved in shaping and managing a global application landscape of thousands of systems, introducing structured ways to understand how applications, services, and infrastructure support the business. What sets his approach apart is a strong focus on practicality over theory—helping organizations not just design architecture, but actually use it to understand their IT, make better decisions, and respond to evolving business expectations.
