Executive Roundtable: Focus Your AI Investment on the Decisions That Matter
Huizen, π³π± Netherlands
Real patterns. Real decisions. No hype.
Most conversations about AI in the boardroom are still theoretical. This one is not. On the evening of Tuesday, 30 June, the AI Collective Dutch Chapter, in partnership with SAS Institute, is bringing together a curated group of senior leaders for a peer-level conversation grounded in what is actually happening inside organisations navigating AI at a strategic level.
This is not a product event. It is a leadership conversation, hosted at a private villa in Huizen, Netherlands, with two executive speakers sharing what real AI adoption looks like from the inside: the decisions, the tradeoffs, and the results.
The evening will cover:
- How senior leaders are framing AI as a strategic investment, not a technology project
- Where the hard decisions are being made and what is driving them
- What is working in practice versus what looked good on paper
- How peer organisations at comparable scale are thinking about risk, governance, and value creation
- What the next twelve months of AI decision-making looks like for traditional enterprises
Who should attend: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and senior leaders one level below the C-suite who carry direct accountability for AI investment or operational impact. This is a curated evening. Attendance is limited to 40 guests. Please answer the qualifying questions at registration so we can ensure the right room.
Format
The evening runs across three parts. Two executive speakers open with their real-world experience of AI adoption at a strategic level: not a product story, a leadership story. Each speaker takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes, with facilitated reflection between them. The keynotes are followed by two parallel peer discussion groups, each anchored to a theme drawn from the evening's conversation. The goal is dialogue between equals, not further presentation. The evening closes over dinner: informal, but intentional. The conversation continues at the table.
Speaker details will be announced shortly. Both bring direct C-suite experience leading AI adoption in traditional enterprise environments.
This event is made possible with the support of SAS Institute. SAS is a sponsor of this evening and has not influenced the speaker selection, agenda, or format. No SAS products or services will be presented or promoted during the event.
