Anthropic’s products are seeing a surge in enterprise adoption, and for good reason. In just the first few months of this year, tools like Claude Code and Cowork have materially changed how teams think, build, and collaborate. This isn’t just a developer story—it’s a new way of working for product leaders, operators, and knowledge workers alike. If you’ve been waiting for a clear signal to invest in your skills, your fluency, and your understanding of where modern AI-enabled work is headed, this is it.
Pre-work - If you are not already familiar with Claude as a general AI tool please watch this five minute video: Getting started with Claude.ai as we will intentionally focus more time on Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
About This Session
This is a one-hour webinar designed to give attendees a clear, practical understanding of Claude — Anthropic's AI — and the ecosystem of tools built around it. The session covers three products (Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code), how they fit together, and how to start getting real value out of them immediately.
The frame isn't "look how advanced AI has become." It's simpler and more honest than that: the basics are powerful, nobody's a full expert yet, and the people winning with AI right now are the ones who learned to walk before they tried to run.
About the Speakers
Chris Thomas | Founder & CEO, YNDR
Chris Thomas is the founder and CEO of YNDR, a North Atlanta-based AI development studio and enterprise consulting firm. YNDR specializes in Claude/Anthropic-focused AI deployment, custom AI agents, autonomous workflow automation, and full-stack software development.
With 19+ years of experience, 150+ projects delivered, and $50M+ in client ROI, Chris's enterprise background spans Fortune 500 companies including work that evolved into Amazon Alexa, Disney's MagicBand, NCAA AI player tracking, and autonomous warehouse systems for Apple. His final role before founding YNDR was Global Head of Product Development & Marketing at EY's Innovation Lab.
Today, YNDR's enterprise clients include LG, Assurant, Northside Hospital, and STERIS. Chris also runs BuilderCamp.ai — an AI education program taking participants from the basics all the way to building full autonomous agents.
Chris describes his role simply: "I'm a guide, not a guru. Nobody's a full Claude expert yet — and that's actually good news. It means the door is still wide open for anyone willing to learn."
James Stovall Partner Workfast Consulting
James Stovall is a Partner at Workfast Consulting, where he helps organizations drive real business transformation with AI by aligning People, Process, and Technology. His focus is on helping leaders avoid the familiar pattern of costly technology initiatives that fail to change how work actually gets done.
Today, James works with enterprise and SMB leaders to help them take advantage of what he calls the golden age of AI, translating rapid advances into concrete changes in roles, workflows, and ways of working. His goal is simple: help organizations move from experimentation to sustained impact. This can vary from client workshops, organizational AI assessments, use case identification and assessment to transformation with AI.
James brings deep transformation experience from a decade with Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with global organizations such as Coca‑Cola, Disney, Merck, and Aflac on large‑scale operating model redesign and technology‑enabled change. That foundation shapes how he works with clients today, emphasizing clarity of outcomes, disciplined execution, and organizational readiness, not just tools.
He later spent more than a decade at Randstad, leading innovation and strategy sessions with companies including Google, Amazon, and Johnson & Johnson, exploring how emerging technologies reshape work, decision‑making, and workforce models. That experience informs his practical approach to AI adoption across business functions, well beyond engineering or IT.
James is also a co‑founder and leader of the Georgia AI Alliance (https://www.GeorgiaAI.org), a practitioner‑led community focused on practical, responsible AI adoption.
