No AI agent grows up on its own. What it does gets shaped by the data it learns from, the tools it can reach, the people who build it, the policies it runs under, and the organization that puts it to work.
So if it takes a village to raise a child, what does it take to raise an AI agent responsibly?

Agents keep gaining access, autonomy, and influence. Governance can't be bolted on after the thing is already running. Someone has to decide what an agent is allowed to do, what stays a human call, and who picks up the phone when it goes wrong.

On 25 August, AgentBrew hosts Aline Souza for a one-hour workshop on what governing AI agents actually looks like in practice — and what organizations are putting in place right now.

She also runs Coffee with Data, a newsletter and podcast on human-centered AI. In this workshop, she brings that day-to-day governance work into the room so no governance background needed.
