Minc Game: Game Startup Canvas
About this event
An introduction to the use of the Game Startup Canvas A practical tool to get an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of you game.
The Game Startup Canvas is a practical and tangible way to get an overview of all the aspects of the game project that you are working on. A development of the well known Business Model Canvas, the Game Startup Canvas focuses on the specific aspects important for game development, and helps you identify positions of strengths and vulnerabilities in your game project.
At this session, you will get an introduction to the Game Startup Canvas, and together we will go through your first usage of the canvas. We will cover how to fill out all parts of the canvas, and at the end, hopefully you will have improved your understanding of the business profile of your game project.
// Requirements: If possible, please bring a laptop to the session, as you will be conducting live research during the session.
//Audience: Core audience is developers who have a project in an early stage, and who are interested in getting a better understanding of the business potential of their idea.People without a project, who do not have a project, but are interested in learning about the canvas are also welcome, but priority will be given to participants with active projects.
//Speaker: The session is hosted by Jesper Krogh Kristiansen, Business and Growth Manager at Game Habitat.
