This month's talk is: How do we make sure that AI is developed and used responsibly?
By Jo Reid, CEO, Calvium
& Dr Jo Morrison, Director of Digital Innovation and Research, Calvium

As AI becomes increasingly embedded in our products, services and everyday lives, questions of ethics, accountability and impact matter more than ever. In this session, digital agency, Calvium, will explore what responsible and ethical AI means in practice, drawing on their experience of developing digital technologies and considering issues such as privacy, fairness, bias, transparency, human agency and unintended consequences. An engaging and participatory session designed to prompt discussion, challenge assumptions and explore the choices we make as AI moves from possibility into practice.
