October Meetup - Self editing sites & internal tools
About this event
Welcome to the EdinburghJS October Meetup! We'll be meeting on Tuesday 20th October, 18:30. Thank you to Perk for continuing to sponsor EdinburghJS, providing catering and the venue.
We will be hearing from:
- Phil Holden on building a self-editing website
- Alexey Golev on building internal tools
- Rishav Dhar on a Bash-to-Typescript story
Phil Holden started programming in the 80's. He wrote his first program on the Dragon 32. This was followed by the Spectrum, C64 and then the Amiga. His interests here were games, graphics, sound and animation. After university he got his first job in Edinburgh and has been doing web development since then. His interests are in user defined interfaces and real time collaboration. He is now getting AI to do some of the side projects he never had time to make a dent on.
