ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Novia Lim is a Staff Software Engineer and Web Team Lead at Joby Aviation, where she leads web engineering across Joby's public website, ElevateOS, and upcoming consumer-facing digital tools. ElevateOS is Joby's FAA-authorized software suite for air taxi operations.

Outside of work, she is the creator of HadaBuddy, an AI-powered skincare app that helps people scan their skincare products, understand what they own, and generate personalized skincare routines using AI. She also builds other AI-driven consumer products and businesses, bringing a practical, builder-first perspective to software, product development, and distribution.
