In this session, we will look at how embedded analytics changes what's possible in data analytics and what opportunities it opens.

I will give a technical intro on how to go about embedding your first Power BI report.
We will also look at the business of embedded analytics - how we, as data analysts, can add more value to the businesses we serve.

We will look at:
- what are the technical requirements for embedding Power BI reports
- a typical embedded analytics architecture
- comparing traditional analytics and embedded analytics
- how embedded analytics can help a business with mature data analytics
- what becomes possible once data is embedded into the user's workflow

Teams in our organisations have both data and business requirements… all we have to do is train our colleagues how to use Power BI Desktop/Power Query and they can rapidly author their own MIBI reporting. By upskilling existing staff, your organisation will gain ownership of the outputs and reduce the need for contractors

In this interactive session we will structure a 2-day Power BI training plan outline, giving all attendees an effective framework to use to deliver to their colleagues. I will also share advice from delivering training internally over several years at multiple organisations.
