Presentation 1: Open Source R development at Novo Nordisk

Aksel Thomsen, Novo Nordisk
Why is Novo Nordisk investing in open-source R development? Aksel will share the motivation behind their open-source efforts and introduce some of the R packages they've developed.

Presentation 2: Using R at DTU Food: Metadata, real-time analysis, and training

Greger Dubrow, Technical University of Denmark (DTU)
Greger will share how R is used at DTU Food, including applications involving metadata, real-time analysis, and training.

Presentation 3: R at Statistics Denmark: Past, present, and future

Emil Thranholm, Statistics Denmark
Emil will discuss the history, current use, and future development of R at Statistics Denmark, with a particular focus on the challenges of working in an environment where computational servers are disconnected from the internet.

No deep prior knowledge of R is required. Everyone interested in R is welcome! (and everyone else, as well :) )
