Roadmaps Conference is back —
on 26 September 2026 at ICT Hub in Belgrade!

Roadmaps is the annual conference of the Serbian Product Community, bringing together people who build, shape and lead digital products — Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Founders, Business Leaders and everyone curious about how technology is changing the way we work.

This year, we're taking a closer look at the tectonic shifts AI is creating in digital product development.
AI isn't just changing the tools we use. It's changing how products are discovered and built, how companies create value, how teams are organized, and what it means to lead product organizations.

🤖 What will we talk about?

Throughout the day, we'll explore questions such as:
🔹 How is AI changing product discovery and delivery?
What does the product development process look like when research, prototyping, coding and experimentation can happen at unprecedented speed?
🔹 What happens to digital product businesses when everyone can build software?
How do companies create a moat, remain indispensable to customers and compete when the barrier to building technology keeps getting lower?
🔹 How is AI changing product organizations and roles?
What does this mean for Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and leaders — and what skills will matter most?
🔹 What are companies actually doing with AI?
Beyond the hype, demos and LinkedIn posts — where is AI creating real business value, and what separates successful adoption from expensive experimentation?
🔹 How do we decide what to build when building becomes easier?
Expect practical stories, honest retrospectives, real-world lessons and uncomfortable questions — not another collection of AI buzzwords.

🎙️ A day with people who are actually building

We're bringing together experienced product leaders, builders, entrepreneurs and innovation practitioners from Serbia and beyond to share what they're seeing and learning on the ground.
You'll hear from people working on:

• AI adoption in established organizations
• Product strategy and leadership
• The future of product development
• And the messy reality of building with AI

And, as always, there will be plenty of time to meet other people from the community, exchange ideas and continue the conversations over drinks.

💙 This year's Roadmaps is a little different

We're turning the conference into a community-driven fundraiser.
We're partnering with Fondacija Petlja, which works to develop algorithmic literacy and make programming and technology education accessible to the next generation of builders.
Your conference ticket will therefore also be a donation to Petlja.
Because if AI is changing the future of technology, we want to help make sure that the people building that future are ready for it.
