Science at Scale. Vinted Data Poster Fair

Roam the research, talk to the authors, grab a drink.

Ever wish tech meetups had fewer passive slide decks and more real, high-bandwidth technical conversations?

Join us at the Vinted office for an academic-style Poster Session!
At Vinted, our Data Science & Analytics (DSA) guild regularly runs internal poster conferences where teams put their methodologies, experiment designs, model architectures, and hard-learned failures on display. For the first time, we are opening our doors to the local data community to share that experience with you.

Grab a cold drink, pick up some snacks, and spend two hours exploring real engineering and data science challenges behind a platform serving millions of members across Europe and beyond.

What to Expect (How It Works)
If you have never attended an academic poster session, don't worry—it’s designed to be much more engaging and informal than a traditional meetup:

• 🗺️ Choose Your Own Adventure: The room will be organised into thematic poster stations (Experimentation & Causal Inference, Analytics Engineering etc.)
• 🗣️ Direct 1-on-1 & Small Group Chats: Instead of sitting silently in an auditorium, you walk around at your own pace. Walk up to any poster that catches your eye, chat directly with those who built it!
• 🍕 Casual & Social: Great food, drinks, and plenty of space to catch up with peers from across the tech community.
