My career started more than 25 years ago as a Web Developer and evolved through Software Engineering, Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, DevOps Coaching and today AI Enablement Engineering.
I've worked internationally with startups, enterprise organizations and highly regulated industries including healthcare, finance, logistics, automotive and energy. Throughout my career I've combined hands-on engineering with Agile coaching, DevOps and modern software delivery.
I'm also an international conference speaker, trainer and facilitator with a strong technical background in modern software development, quality engineering and cloud technologies.

👋 A Personal Note

Over the last months I've been running an interactive AI-enabled Scrum Master course with around 20 participants, exploring how AI changes facilitation, collaboration and everyday Scrum work.
This meetup isn't about presenting a perfect framework.
It's about sharing practical experiences, discussing real challenges and learning from each other.
I'm looking forward to hearing how your teams are approaching AI—and I hope this becomes the start of an international community where practitioners openly exchange ideas and experiences.
