Software architecture is easy to draw, but much harder to keep alive.

As systems grow, teams change and delivery pressure builds, the original design can quickly become disconnected from reality. Diagrams become outdated. Decisions get buried in Slack threads. This hands-on session will explore how teams can keep architectural knowledge visible, useful and trusted as systems become more complex.

Through practical exercises and discussion, we will look at the techniques that help teams make architecture a living part of delivery.
