Software Development Life Cycle from Different Angles

✨Women in Tech is thrilled to invite you to our 13th meetup, " Software Development Life Cycle from Different Angles: What Do Developers, PMs, QAs & Sales Wish Each Other Knew? ".

A single feature can look very different depending on where you sit. We are all working toward the same outcome — valuable, reliable software that solves real customer problems — but we don’t always see the same things along the way. So, what do we wish the other roles understood about our work?

💬Join us for an open and interactive panel discussion where representatives from Development, PM/BA, QA, and Sales will explore the SDLC from four different perspectives. We’ll talk honestly about some of the moments where collaboration gets interesting.
For Sales, a request may start with an urgent customer's need. For Product Managers and Business Analysts, it’s about understanding the problem, defining value, and making the right trade-offs. For Developers, it brings questions of feasibility, complexity, architecture, and maintainability. And for QA, it’s about risk, testability, quality, and confidence that what we deliver actually works. Expect practical insights, different opinions, a few challenging questions, and hopefully some “I never thought about it that way” moments.
Whether you work in Engineering, Product, Business Analysis, QA, Sales, or simply collaborate with these teams, come along and join the conversation.

💬Different perspectives. One SDLC. One shared outcome. We’d love to hear your perspective too — bring your questions, experiences, and maybe even that one thing you’ve always wished for another role understood.
