ICEX and the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Berlin invite you to a side event to discover why Spain has become a premier platform for innovation, a launchpad for global companies, and a strategic hub for the future European tech leaders.

Spain is emerging as one of Europe’s most dynamic hubs for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement, being one of only two countries to feature two top-tier global hubs simultaneously: Madrid and Barcelona along with other regions that are also standing out, such as Valencia.
Over the past decade, Spain’s startup ecosystem has reached an unprecedented level of maturity, outperforming historical benchmarks in both stock and flow metrics., and close collaboration with other European ecosystems contributes to establishing a framework for scaling in an uncertain world.
The side event includes two round tables sessions: the first will be focused on how Spain is contributing to build Europe’s next tech leaders, along with other European partners. The second will showcase some of Spain’s top tier global hubs. The side event will include at the end a pitching session by some Spanish startups participating at Bits & Pretzels.
