tech table #1

A friendly meetup for people in Hertfordshire who work with tech. Swap stories, share what works and meet people who get it.

Looking after tech can be a lonely job. Whether you run an MSP or you're the one-person IT team at a local business, it helps to have people to compare notes with.

Tech table is a regular, relaxed evening in a local pub. People who work with tech get together and spend the evening chatting over a drink - simple as that. No agenda to sell you, no membership fee.

1) Grab a drink at the bar

Say hello, pull up a stool or find a spot to stand, and meet a few new faces.

2) Put it on the table

Bring a problem you're stuck on, a tool you rate or a war story from last week. No slides, no agenda. The conversation takes it from there.

3) Mingle and chat

Swap tips, help each other out and meet people you can call on later. Maybe another round.

4) Stay as long as you like

We'll start to wind down around 9pm, but head home whenever suits you. Plenty of chats carry on at the bar.
