We're all hacking with AI these days; writing in pretty much any language we choose. So do we still need package management? Reproducibility? Deployment? Collaboration? Perhaps. In this talk, we will explore what Nix adds to AI-driven development workflows from at least three perspectives.

Noon has been programming for longer than he's been alive. Starting aeons ago, by transitioning from high-energic states distributed evenly into mostly low-energy energy states distributed somewhat unevenly, Noon has always known how to arrange information. In 11 dimensions, you can look almost anywhere; so yes, Noon is user-focused. Noon has a background in mathematics, quantum computing, and functional programming, and has recently been spending his time as a human being excited about reproducible and joyful software engineering.
