The Only Woman in the Room - A Circle for Women in Tech and Leadership

Reflection, community, empowerment and some wine at the end of the day :)

This evening is for women who are tired of losing confidence being the only women in the room and are looking for a cozy place to reflect, share, empower each other 🦸🏻‍♀️

This is not a traditional business networking!

What makes it different?

We will spend two hours together in a small circle, of up to 12 women. The evening moves through a grounding opening, a fun get-to-know-eachother activity, and a structured reflection and sharing sequence that gives everyone space to speak up without pressure.

After the circle there is an hour of wine, snacks and free conversation for anyone who wants to stay and connect ✨🍷

The group is small and the space is confidential. You do not need to arrive with anything prepared. You just need to be ready to show up honestly. Circle is designed in a way that it's both extroverted and introverted friendly!

Hi, I am Wiktoria, and in my professional world everyone calls me Wiki.

I am a Berlin based Confidence Coach for Women in Tech, born in Warsaw and calling Berlin home since 2018. Over the last 10 years I have worked with teams and individuals as a coach and leader, and for the past five years as an Agile Coach embedded in tech companies.

I have always loved the energy that happens when women come together. Being a woman in tech myself, I know how much it matters to have people around you who genuinely understand your struggles.

I wanted to create a safe space, where you can open up, share your experience and support each other with becoming stronger and more empowered 💪🏼
