Talk: The Self-Driving Product: How PMs can move from prompting AI to creating a product that can build itself

Emma Burrows, founder of Rezonant and formerly UK CTO at Stripe, has spent the last 18 months building AI-native products — and working out what product management looks like in a world where software can build itself.

In this talk, Emma shares:

• What a “product brain” is, and how PMs can use one to turn their own taste and judgment into automated workflows.
• How to set up a product brain, so that agents can carry inputs such as a customer complaint, a Slack message, or a competitor feature, all the way through to a PR.
• How to think strategically about where you're needed in the workflow - deciding what you want to automate and where you still want oversight
• How to preserve product excellence while still shipping at speed
