Rapid prototyping shines when users follow a predefined path through a controlled scenario. But at Journi, we found that when it comes to personal memories and photo books, using someone else's photos and rigid flows only leads to shallow insights. This talk will cover how we built a pipeline for high-fidelity prototypes with real user data and what we learned coding with AI as a design team.
