Visionary Diagnostics: Products Advancing Diagnostic Capabilities
About this event
The future of diagnostics isn't a better test. It's a continuous, intelligent layer embedded across the patient journey.
Diagnostics is being rebuilt. We're moving from episodic, hospital-based testing toward continuous, AI-enabled and patient-centred care: where diagnostic intelligence is produced, structured and acted on across the whole care pathway, not just in a single appointment.
As part of the Care Forward momentum, **AI Collective Paris **and Doctolib bring together the French teams building this — across medical imaging, remote monitoring, clinical data structuring and decision support — for an honest, forward-looking conversation on where diagnostics is heading, what it takes to deploy it for real, and whether Europe can lead in trusted medical AI.
Three structural shifts we willl dig into:
🔹 Next-generation diagnostic infrastructure — AI models redefining how diagnostic intelligence is produced and scaled
🔹 Continuous & preventive diagnostics — moving beyond hospital-based testing toward longitudinal monitoring
🔹 Real-world integration into care pathways — making diagnostics actionable, deployable and reimbursable
Questions we tackle:
- Is diagnostics becoming continuous rather than episodic?
- What replaces today's diagnostic tools — platforms, models, or workflows?
- Can AI reduce diagnostic inequality, or amplify it?
- What actually gets adopted in hospitals vs. what gets funded?
- Who owns diagnostic intelligence — clinicians, platforms, or patients?
- Can Europe realistically lead in trusted medical AI?
🎙️ Speakers
François-Guirec Champoiseau — Co-founder & CEO, Cureety Cureety is a French remote-monitoring and clinical-decision-support platform for oncology, working with 130+ hospitals across Europe to turn patient-reported outcomes between consultations into prioritised, actionable signals for care teams — shifting cancer care from reactive to proactive. A Grenoble École de Management graduate with a background in M&A and corporate transformation, François-Guirec co-founded Cureety in 2018.
Edouard Gasser — Co-founder & CEO, Tilak Healthcare (OdySight) Tilak Healthcare built OdySight, a CE-marked medical device that turns vision monitoring into a mobile experience patients use at home — detecting deterioration between consultations and now reimbursed in France via the PECAN pathway. Before co-founding Tilak in 2016 (with Prof. José-Alain Sahel), Edouard spent a decade at Gameloft, leading studios from Paris to New Orleans to Madrid — an ESCP graduate who brings consumer-grade product thinking to medical-grade monitoring.
Karim Aouadi — Co-founder & CTO, MOEBIUS Analytics MOEBIUS Analytics is a French medtech building clinical-decision-support software for perioperative medicine. Its approach uses specialised language models to turn the unstructured clinical text already sitting in the medical record into a structured "context graph" — making invisible data usable, and feeding the risk scores behind predictive medicine — deployed today with critical-care software leader BOW Medical. As CTO, Karim leads the engineering behind that "make existing data usable" layer.
Marie Ivchtchenko — Senior Data Science Manager, Doctolib Marie leads machine-learning teams at Doctolib, where AI now powers products such as the Consultation Assistant across more than a million patient consultations. With prior experience at Ubisoft and BNP Paribas CIB and an executive programme at École Polytechnique, she brings a builder's view of what it takes to scale trustworthy medical AI — evaluation, multimodal systems, annotation pipelines and keeping clinicians in the loop.
