I'll walk through the full path: the initial idea, the enclosure and the charging circuit, the firmware, the edge deployment, the cloud pipeline, and what actually happens when you put it in the hands of paying clients across different industries.
  Including the parts that broke along the way, and what GDPR compliance really demands once your data is a recorded conversation.
