Maria Scholl
With over 15 years of experience in international technical companies, Maria is the Lead Facilitation & Training at Epicmeets. She specializes in tearing down organizational silos and fostering trust-based, cross-functional collaboration where traditional fixes fail. As a seasoned transformation facilitator and moderation trainer, she helps complex organizations move past mere discussion to achieve shared understanding and concrete, sustainable change.
Vesa Kangasperko
Vesa is an experienced coach and facilitator in change situations. He has worked as a professional coach (ICF ACC) and a specialist in human‑centric change for more than 15 years. In his work, he has seen firsthand how high‑quality interaction correlates with the success of change initiatives.
