Applying AI Events in Wrocław
"AI research" and "AI in production" are two pretty different worlds at this point. This page collects events from the production side: how teams integrate LLMs into real products, build agents that are worth trusting, wire up RAG pipelines that don't quietly hallucinate, and ship Copilot-style features without breaking the rest of the app. Agentic coding is a particularly active thread right now, with dedicated meetups and studios popping up across the continent.
This page narrows the Wrocław calendar to Applying AI events. It's a subset of Poland's wider tech-event schedule, useful when you want something specific to go to in the city this month.

Podczas warsztatu:
- uruchomisz i poprowadzisz robota w środowisku symulacyjnym,
- zaprogramujesz podążanie po wyznaczonej trasie,
- wykorzystasz dane z sensorów do analizy otoczenia,
- wdrożysz wykrywanie i omijanie przeszkód,
[EN]
Wrocław, 🇵🇱 Poland
[Event in English 🇬🇧]
Welcome to the third Claude Community Wrocław meetup - a community-driven initiative built by builders, for builders https://claudecommunity.pl/
We share real stories of how we use Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork in our daily work. No product pitches, no vendor talk - just honest experience from people who build with these tools every day.
This event is NOT affiliated with Anthropic. This is an independent community initiative.
Pizza and drinks are included and the event is free, sponsored by DataArt

➡️ Beyond CLAUDE.md: Architecting Composable Claude Code Workflows
What happens when Claude Code grows beyond a few prompts and starts becoming part of your development process? I'll show how I design AI workflows as composable stages with clear contracts, reusable agents and skills, and shared implementation flows. We'll look at how feature planning, bug investigation, accessibility reviews and other workflows can all converge into the same execution pipeline - without making Claude rediscover the system every time.
🎤 Sergii Luchko - I’m a Software Architect, Tech Lead, and Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer with 15+ years of commercial experience designing, modernizing, and delivering web platforms.
I help businesses and engineering teams turn business needs and technical challenges into practical software solutions. I can support the work from early discovery and architecture through hands-on implementation, modernization, and production delivery.
➡️ From Prompt to Part - Claude in the Age of Industry 4.0
What if you could describe a mechanical part in plain English and walk away with a 3D-printed object — without touching a CAD tool manually?
I'll show exactly that. Using Claude connected to FreeCAD via MCP, we'll run a live end-to-end cycle — from natural language description, through parametric CAD design, to an STL file ready for printing. Every step driven by conversation.
Then we go deeper — into the factory floor. OPC UA is the industrial communication standard connecting machines, sensors, PLCs and robots in real time — vendor-agnostic, secure, the backbone of Industry 4.0.
But what if Claude could speak OPC UA?
Using an MCP ↔ OPC UA bridge, Claude reads live sensor data, queries machine states and issues commands through plain language. "What is the spindle load on machine 3?" — and it just works.
🎤 George Kremenetskyi - I’m a manager, architect, and hands-on engineer with 25+ years of experience in software development, R&D, and digital transformation.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science. My research, completed in 2004, focused on “Methods and Tools of Load Balancing in Computational Networks Using Neural System Models” — an area that connected distributed computing, optimization, and neural-network-based approaches long before today’s AI boom.
Currently, I lead DataArt operations in Wrocław and Kraków, combining organizational leadership with technology exploration, prototyping, and client-facing solution development.
➡️ Claude in B2B marketing
I am a marketer, not a developer. For a few months Claude Code has been my daily marketing tool.
I will show how I built my own MCP connectors, the pieces that let Claude read GA4, the CRM, billing and the rest directly, and how that turned scattered dashboards into one source of truth I can actually ask questions of.
Then the part most demos skip: where Claude gets it wrong, and the guardrails that catch it before it reaches a report. Discussion after.
🎤 Grzegorz Kubacki -I help organizations sitting on mountains of CCTV, dashcam, and research footage solve one problem: anonymizing it for GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA compliance, without uploading sensitive video to someone else's cloud. That's what we build at Gallio PRO. I build B2B growth engines end to end, from positioning and demand generation through to pipeline. Unusually for a marketer, I also build my own measurement and attribution stack, so the experiments I run are grounded in real data rather than assumptions.
Before privacy tech I spent a decade across gaming, professional services and design in Poland, Malta, Czechia and the UK, owning budgets up to €1M and running EMEA campaigns that lifted new users by 18%.
Lately I'm most interested in where AI meets B2B growth, and in shortening the distance between an idea and a measurable result.
