Agent Flows: Beyond Cloud Flows – Building AI-Native Automation
Cloud Flows have been powering business automation for years, but Agent Flows introduce a whole new way of thinking about automation in Power Platform.
In this session, we’ll look at what Agent Flows are, how they differ from traditional Cloud Flows, and when you should use one over the other.
Whether you’re a maker, developer, consultant, or architect, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what Agent Flows can do today.

Oliver Rodrigues
I’m a former Microsoft Business Applications MVP and currently work as a Business Architect, helping organisations design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
I’ve spent the last several years working on enterprise-scale projects, covering everything from solution architecture and governance to integrations, ALM, and digital transformation. I enjoy finding practical ways to solve complex business problems with technology and helping bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time exploring AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI, and how they can be applied in real-world Power Platform solutions. I’m passionate about sharing what I learn with the community through blogs, user groups, and conference sessions, with a focus on practical guidance, lessons learned, and real-life experiences.
