Talk Description: This presentation shares Sellafield Ltd.’s product management journey within a complex, highly regulated and safety-critical environment. The presentation explores how the organisation is moving from project-led delivery towards a stronger focus on users, outcomes and long-term product ownership. It covers the use of design sprints, early product delivery, communities of practice and technical product management, alongside honest reflections on cultural change, scaling and the lessons learned along the way.

Speaker bio: Ayodeji Ishola is a technology founder, product leader and writer with over a decade of experience working across digital products, innovation and technology-led businesses. He is the founder of PineLeap and Managing Director of Trivalue Limited. His work spans product strategy, digital transformation and building technology products, with a particular interest in the relationship between technology, human judgement and business outcomes.

Talk Title: Your Product Is Only Part of the Product

Talk description: Building a great product is only part of the challenge. The experience customers have, the trust they develop, the expectations we set and the wider ecosystem surrounding a product all influence whether it succeeds. Drawing on practical examples and lessons from interviewing product leaders around the world, this talk explores why product managers must look beyond features, roadmaps and delivery to understand the broader experience they're actually responsible for creating.
